Office of the Vice Chancellor

The Vice Chancellor, as the Bishop's delegate, serves the diocese through the administration of requests for: dispensations and permissions regarding the Sacrament of Matrimony, Confirmation delegation, and imprimatur. The Vice Chancellor also serves as secretary to the Presbyteral Council and College of Consultors.
